Hello! We are excited to be your new Children’s Pastors! We look forward to meeting and working with all of you. Pastor Jesse has moved to We wanted to give you a little information about us. Pastor Jesse and Pastor Shawna both graduated from NNU in 2000 with elementary education degrees. Pastor Jesse taught public school for eight years, while Pastor Shawna stayed home and raised four great kids. Have you met the Rench kids yet? There is Kylee – 9 years old, Tyler – 7 years old, Katelyn(Katey) – 5 years old, and Hannah – 3 years old. Quizzing kicks off Sunday, September 7, @ 9:15 a.m. This year Quizzers will meet twice a week to study the book of Exodus: on Sunday mornings during the Sunday School hour for their workbook lesson and on Wednesday nights for 30 minutes for quiz practice. The rest of their evening will be spent in the regular Wednesday night activities. Cheri and Tyler Martin will be coaching quizzing this year. Quiz Meet dates: Fall Kick-Off Fall Kick-Off is set for September 7. We will promote kids to new Sunday School classes, Quizzing will begin during Sunday School hour, and Wednesday Nights Wednesday Night Dinners start on September 10. Dinner starts at 5:30. Dinner costs $3.00 per person with a maximum amount of $10.00 a family. Wednesday night activities will be provided for children birth through sixth grade starting September 10 at 6:30. Activities will conclude at 8:15 so everyone can get home, get their jammies on, and get to bed.
Missionary Book Challenge! Read all 6 missionary books by December 1, and join us for a pizza party to celebrate! The books may be checked out from and returned to the office of Pastors Jesse & Shawna. Please return books promptly so that others may have a chance to read them, too!
