Learning to live with loss in a variety of forms is both universal (something everyone will face) and intensely personal. GriefShare is a support group and weekly seminar for people who are grieving the death of someone close to them.
Each GriefShare session has three distinct elements: Video Seminar with Experts GriefShare video seminars feature top experts on grief and recovery subjects and include interviews, real-life case studies, and dramatic reenactments. Support Group Discussion After viewing the video, group members will discuss what was presented in that week's video seminar and what is going on in their lives. Workbook-based Personal Study and Reflection During the week you will have the opportunity to use your workbook for further personal study of the grieving process and to help sort out your emotions through journaling.
